When you call press (1) to report an accident that happened to you or to make a claim, press (2) for billing or policy changes, press (3) if you want to get a quote or to buy a policy, (4) if you are stuck on the roadside for an emergency roadside assistance, and press (6) to speaking with a Spanish speaking representative because Progressive understands that not everyone in America is fluent in English. They want to cater to everyone no matter the language spoken.

If for some reasons, you can’t call or you don’t want to call, there are also other ways that you can reach them with the help of the internet. Yes, online. However, please take note that if you want to talk to them online, you will have to make an account first or if you already do, you have to log into it. This is for the protection of your privacy. You have two choices: chat or e-mail. You can chat them if you want instant answers to most of your policy questions at anytime. You can’t chat them on a weekend though since this service is only available on Monday to Friday between 5:00 in the morning to midnight EST. But don’t fret, you can also send them an e-mail if you aren’t available during the designated chat hours. They promise to get back to you as soon as they can.
